Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Fairfax, VA to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will follow care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through meaningful interactions and activities.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, reliability, and clear communication with families and care teams, including memory care residents. Full-time opportunities include paid training and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus age 18+ is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it is required.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For

Pay Range: 16.05 - 20.10
