Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• No experience necessary.
• Paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist with personal care including shampooing hair, showering/bathing, incontinence management, transferring, and medication administration.
• Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
