White Pine Senior Living is seeking a part-time CNA/Caregiver for our Inver Grove Heights I location. The role involves on-call, night shift (NOC) responsibilities with a pay range of $18.00-$21.00 per hour, DOQ.

You will join a caring team dedicated to providing exceptional care to residents, families, and staff. Key duties include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health indicators, and documenting services performed.

Qualifications

• No experience needed; paid training provided.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record vital signs as instructed.
• Document services performed and report changes in condition.
• Assist with bathing, incontinence care, transfers and medication administration.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and colleagues.
