Job summary

Discovery Senior Living in Mt. Pleasant, SC is seeking a Care Giver/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care, administer medications, and support residents in a home-like environment, with a focus on dignity and safety during the third shift.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and supervision for assigned residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Administer and observe medications and treatments, documenting accurately and reporting concerns promptly.
• Monitor and record resident conditions and engage residents in enrichment programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and respond to call bells and safety systems.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff.
