Spring Mill Senior Living in Phoenixville, PA, is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to enrich the lives of seniors through hands-on care and meaningful connections. You will provide daily personal care, support residents, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment.

The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with weekend requirements. Competitive wages range $18–$20 per hour with shift differentials for 3–11p and 11p–7a, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid (CNA) certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication skills with residents, team members, and leadership.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach with superior customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Respond promptly to call bells and safety needs.
• Promote independence and dignity and maintain a clean, home-like environment.
• Foster companionship and meaningful activities.
• Notify supervisors if care needs intensify.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas.
