Laurel Parc At Bethany Village, LLC in the Portland area is seeking dedicated Caregivers to assist older adult residents with daily living activities, light housekeeping and companionship. Shifts include Day, Swing and Night, with weekend work required.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with seniors + 6 months experience
• Completion of paid pre-employment trainings during onboarding
• Must obtain current CPR/1st Aid training (employer provided) & Oregon Food Handlers Permit
• Must be able to work weekends and have some schedule flexibility
• Caregiver experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provides general attention to residents' needs
• Documents Activities of Daily Living for each resident
• Provides companionship and observes safety; reports condition changes
• Completes light housekeeping tasks
• Maintains confidentiality regarding residents and care
• Maintains punctual, regular attendance
• Displays calm, courteous communication under pressure
