Job summary

Health, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a CBRF Caregiver / Med Tech to provide hands-on resident care in CBRF facilities. You will assist with daily activities, administer medications, and ensure resident safety and comfort.

You will work closely with the care team, follow care plans, and respond to emergencies while offering compassionate support and documenting changes for nurses and families.

Qualifications

• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and respectful.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable providing personal care independently.
• Experience in caregiving preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation & Incentives: Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for performance, weekend, retention, and referral bonuses, potentially increasing hourly rate up to $22.00/hr when qualifying conditions are met.
