Arvum Senior Living in Muscatine, IA, is seeking a dedicated Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands-on care and compassionate support to residents in a safe home-like environment. This role includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health indicators, managing meals and medications under supervision, and documenting changes.

Certifications and prior senior-care experience are valued; on-the-job training is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA preferred.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents on your shift.
• Observe and document health changes, report to supervisor.
• Respond promptly to call bells and supervisor notifications.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and continence management.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms.
