StoryPoint in Grand Rapids is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized care for residents in our community. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, dining, and personal care, while maintaining 1440 care standards.

The role offers part-time and full-time options with shifts 7A-3P, 3P-11P, and 11P-7A. Pay starts at $17.25–$18.50 per hour, with shift differentials and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and on-site training.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification preferred.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Provide compassionate, personalized care for residents.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dining, and mobility.
• Monitor and document resident changes and communicate with Wellness Team.
