Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring and dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. You will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, and engage residents through conversations and activities.

You will also collaborate with families and care leaders, contribute to memory care experiences, and support dining services while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
