Sunrise Senior Living seeks a compassionate caregiver in California to support residents with daily living activities, assist with bathing, dressing and mobility, and follow individualized care plans. You will help maintain a safe, dignified environment and engage residents through conversation and activities.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
