Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience delivering direct services in human services.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in residence and community.
• Attend training to ensure objectives and goals are achieved.
• Coordinate shift objectives and ensure timely documentation.
• Provide skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per IP/treatment plan.
