Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Team Lead to supervise staff in residence and community settings while delivering direct services to individuals we serve. You will participate in trainings, coordinate shifts, mentor staff, assist with staffing and recruitment, and ensure documentation aligns with IP goals and the treatment team.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years’ experience in direct services in human services.
Valid driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance.
Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
Acute attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Compassionate, reliable attitude and commitment to quality.
You will make a difference every day serving individuals.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while delivering direct services.
Attend training to ensure individuals served objectives and company goals are achieved.
Coordinate and implement shift objectives and review individuals served progress.
Assist with house staffing needs and staff recruitment.
Deliver services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per IP/treatment plan.
