Job summary

RCS Empowers, Inc. in Sheboygan, WI is hiring a Day Services Instructor / Caregiver to support individuals with disabilities through hands-on care, engaging activities, and community involvement.

You will provide direct care, help implement personal goals, assist with transportation, and document progress as part of a supportive team dedicated to empowering participants to live fuller, more independent lives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or behavioral needs is preferred and training will be provided for the right person.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to provide hands-on personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, supervision, and support to individuals throughout the day.
• Lead and assist with activities that promote growth, independence, and community integration.
• Help implement individual goals and plans alongside Case Managers.
• Support with personal care needs (toileting, feeding, mobility, hygiene, etc.).
• Assist with transportation duties, including bus attendance and transfers.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment for all participants.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records using agency systems.
• Be part of a team that truly supports each other and the people we serve.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
