BrightStar Care of Baraboo is seeking flexible caregivers to join our home-based care team. We offer full-time and part-time schedules, day/evening/overnight shifts, and weekly pay to support your lifestyle. As a Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

You’ll receive paid training, ongoing education, and opportunities for career growth within a nurse-supported care team. No prior experience?

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Providing companionship and personal care
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Helping with meal preparation and feeding
• Providing light housekeeping and linen changes
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing transportation or assistance with errands and appointments, when applicable
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Following the client's plan of care and applicable care procedures
• Maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
