BrightStar Care of Madison is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one homecare, with day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent, delivering compassionate care in their own homes.

You’ll join a nurse-supported team with flexible scheduling, paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth. Qualifications vary, but a passion for helping others and reliable transportation are important.

Formación

• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to high-quality care.
• Dependable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and work independently.
• Capable of performing essential functions of the position with/without accommodation.
• Licensed driver with reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and personal care to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and linen changes.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide transportation or help with errands and appointments when needed.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition.
• Follow the client's plan of care and applicable procedures.
• Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
