BrightStar Care of Baraboo is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home health team. Full-time or part-time opportunities are available, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts to fit your life.

You will provide one-on-one support to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. As a caregiver, you’ll perform personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation support, following each client’s care plan.

Formación

• Ability to perform essential functions of the role with/without accommodation.
• Licensed driver with reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and personal care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide light housekeeping and linen changes.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Follow client care plans and procedures.
• Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities may vary based on each client's needs and individualized plan of care and may include:
