Job summary

Home Instead in the Phoenix area is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home. This role offers steady work, real support, and meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

You’ll work in clients' homes with flexible full-time or part-time schedules, receive weekly pay and benefits eligibility. Must have caregiving experience (or CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN), reliable transportation, and basic English; bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; multilingual encouraged.

In-Home Caregiver – Phoenix Area | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours

We’re hiring experienced in-home caregivers in the Phoenix area to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home.

This role offers steady work, real support, and meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

Pay & Benefits

• $16.50-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit

What We’re Looking For
