Home Instead in Sonoma County is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care across Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Petaluma. You’ll work flexible weekday, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts with matching schedules based on availability.

Caregivers receive paid orientation and training, competitive hourly pay, and benefits eligibility. A driver’s license is not required, but may expand opportunities.

Formación

• Availability for at least two recurring shifts each week with the same client or clients.
• Comfort providing hands-on personal care.
• Ability to assist with transfers.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to complete required compliance, registration, and licensing steps.

Home Instead is hiring caregivers across Sonoma County, with most client opportunities in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Petaluma.

Choose from weekday, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. We work to match caregivers with consistent client schedules based on availability and client needs.

Pay and benefits

• $20.00-$20.75 per hour
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
• $700 caregiver referral bonus
• Paid orientation, typically scheduled within your first week
