Job summary

Home Instead is urgently hiring experienced caregivers in the Palo Alto area. Earn $20.50–$21.25 per hour with weekly pay, comprehensive benefits for eligible employees, and mileage reimbursement.

Positions in Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Saratoga, and Los Gatos require reliable transportation and a flexible schedule with two weekly shifts per client. We offer 24/7 office support, industry-leading caregiver technology, training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing; bilinguals encouraged
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

Requirements
