Home Instead is hiring caregivers to assist in Sonoma County, with opportunities in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Petaluma. You will match with recurring clients, provide in-home care, and support daily living activities, with weekday, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available.

Caregivers receive weekly pay, orientation, training, holiday pay, benefits eligibility, and mileage reimbursement, with the potential for overtime and 401(k) matching based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Availability for at least two recurring shifts each week with the same client or clients.
• Comfort providing hands-on personal care.
• Ability to assist with transfers.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to complete required compliance, registration, and licensing steps.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Support clients with safe mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping.

Pay and benefits

• $20.00-$20.75 per hour
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
