Job summary

Home Instead in Columbus and surrounding areas is seeking a dedicated Home Caregiver to provide compassionate companionship and personal care. This role offers steady hours, weekly pay, and benefits based on eligibility, with opportunities to grow through training and ongoing learning.

You’ll support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, grooming, bathing, and mobility assistance, while building meaningful relationships and delivering high-quality, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to work at least two weekly visits with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; bilinguals encouraged.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
