Job summary

Home Instead in the Pittsburgh area is seeking caregivers to support seniors in customers' homes. The position offers $15.00–$18.00 per hour with a weekend premium and flexible full-time or part-time schedules, plus weekly direct deposit.

You will provide companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and help with personal care to maintain clients' independence and dignity. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates encouraged).

You’ll be driving to client's homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
