Job summary

Home Instead in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes. You will build meaningful relationships through companionship and basic care, helping clients maintain independence and dignity.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for driving to client homes. We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, paid training, and weekly pay with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).

Whether you’re experienced or brand new to professional home care, our team is here to help you every step of the way. You’ll be driving to client’s homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
