Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate Home Caregiver in Davidson, Guilford, and Alamance counties to support seniors at home with companionship and practical care. You’ll build real relationships while ensuring safety and comfort in daily routines.

Pay is $13.00–$14.00 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit; flexible part-time or full-time hours, paid training, holidays at 1.5x, and benefits eligibility where applicable.

Qualifications

• 6+ months paid caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA/HHA/LPN/LVN/RN.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred).
• Two professional references.
• Available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing skills; bilingual encouraged.
• Complete required screening and compliance steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Help with meals and light housekeeping.
• Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use).
• Help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.
