Caregivers Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily activities as per their care plan, supporting independence. Receive training on Activities of Daily Living (ADL), PPE, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia care. Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations. Complete instrumental activities of daily living according to the client’s Plan of Care.

• Demonstrate understanding of independent living philosophy.
• Complete competency exams post-training and annual re-certification.
• Follow all standard regulations and confidentiality requirements.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED required
• Certified Nurse Aide certification preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Complete Caregiver Orientation and pass written exam with at least 80%
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
