Caregivers Responsibilities (snapshot):

As a Caregiver, you will assist clients in daily activities as indicated by their care plan, helping them maintain independence. Training and tools, including PPE, ADL training, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia training, are provided to support your success.

• Demonstrate understanding of and support independent living philosophy.
• Complete competency exams after training and annually re-certify.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information per HIPAA regulations.
• Perform instrumental activities of daily living as per the Plan of Care.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED required
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Complete Caregiver Orientation and pass written exam with at least 80%
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
