Caregiver - Home Health Aide - Non-Medical

Caregivers needed - $525.00 sign-on bonus (available after 300 hours worked and 90% EVV compliance)

Caregiver Responsibilities (snapshot)

Assist clients with daily activities as per their care plan, supporting independence. Training on Activities of Daily Living (ADL), PPE, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia is provided.

• Promote independent living philosophy.
• Complete competency exams after training and annually recertify.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Perform instrumental activities of daily living as per the Plan of Care.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Aide certification preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Complete Caregiver Orientation and pass the post-orientation exam with 80%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
