Caregiver - Home Health Aide - Non-Medical

Caregiver Responsibilities (snapshot)

Assist clients with daily activities as per their care plan, supporting independence. Training and tools provided, including ADL training, PPE, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Training for professional development.

• Promote independent living philosophy.
• Complete competency exams post-training and annual re-certification.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Perform instrumental activities of daily living per care plan.

Required Education and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Complete Caregiver Orientation and pass written exam with 80% score.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
