Caregiver - Home Health Aide - Non-Medical

Join our compassionate home care team in Harleysville, Lansdowne, and Pottstown areas. We are currently hiring new caregivers with a sign-on bonus of $525.00 (eligible after 300 hours worked and 90% EVV compliance).

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities as per their care plans, supporting independence. Receive training on ADLs, PPE, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia care. Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations. Complete instrumental activities of daily living per the Plan of Care.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED
• Certified Nurse Aide certification preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Complete Caregiver Orientation and pass written exams
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
