Position Overview

We are seeking new caregivers to join our home care team in the Harleysville, Lansdowne, and Pottstown areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities as outlined in their care plan, supporting their independence.
• Complete training on Activities of Daily Living (ADL), HIPAA confidentiality, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Perform instrumental activities of daily living as per the client’s Plan of Care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED required
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred, not required
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation and passing a written exam (80%)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
