Caregiver - Home Health Aide - Non-Medical

Seeking caregivers with a $525.00 sign-on bonus (available after 300 hours worked and 90% EVV compliance).

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily activities as per their care plan, supporting their independence. Training provided on Activities of Daily Living (ADL), PPE, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Care.

• Promote independent living philosophy.
• Complete competency exams and annual re-certifications.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Perform instrumental activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old
• High School diploma or GED required
• Certified Nurse Aide certification preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation and post-orientation exam with at least 80% score
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
