Senior Helpers is urgently hiring a Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) in Grain Valley, MO. Join a growing team that supports seniors with compassionate, personalized in-home care and ongoing training.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional development through Care-Academy Training Program. Candidates should be at least 18, pass a state background check, and have reliable transportation. Training provided for right candidates.

Formación

• Experience in caregiving is preferred but training is provided.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle, valid license and active auto insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, patient and respectful care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and engage clients through activities and conversations.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Plan and assist with nutritious meals and light housekeeping in client homes.
• Observe and report changes in client health to the care team.
• Maintain accurate daily care notes and communicate with families and supervisors.
