Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass a state background check.
• Caregiving experience preferred; training is provided for the right candidates.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Punctuality, dependability, and ethical care standards.
• Comfort working independently and with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engagement with clients through conversation and activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Observe health changes and report to the care team promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily care notes and communicate with family members and supervisors.
