Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home – Chester County is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home companionship and personal care in Chester County, PA. We offer part-time shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights and weekends to fit your schedule, with a competitive pay rate of up to $20 per hour based on experience and client needs.

Care tasks may include assisting clients with transfers, meal preparation, transportation, and light housekeeping, all under a personalized Care Plan

What We Do

Care needs vary with each client. Our team works with our client and their family to develop a personalized Care Plan that meets their individual care needs for every client. The Care Plan might include assisting client with transfers, meal preparation, transportation, and/or light housekeeping.
