Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home – Chester County is seeking compassionate, part-time caregivers to provide in-home companionship and personal care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in Chester County.

We offer a variety of shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, overnight and weekend) with flexible hours and a competitive pay rate up to $18 per hour depending on experience and client needs. Daily pay, training and a 401(k) are available to our care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with transfers and mobility as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and home upkeep tasks.

What We Do

Care needs vary with each client. Our team works with our client and their family to develop a personalized Care Plan that meets their individual care needs for every client. The Care Plan might include assisting client with transfers, meal preparation, transportation, and/or light housekeeping.
