Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Northeast Ohio (Solon area) seeks compassionate Caregiver / Home Care Aide to help clients live safely and joyfully at home.

Provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and engage clients in meaningful tasks while building trust with families.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience and reliability.
• No experience required.
• Background check and motor vehicle screening required.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety support
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility (training provided)
• Engage with clients — doing tasks with them, not just for them
• Bring joy by participating in activities they enjoy conversation, hobbies, shared tasks, or outings
• Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients and their families
• Communicate observations and updates to the office

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

• $17–$20/hr. based on experience; $0.50/hr. increase after 90 days
