Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Northeast Ohio is hiring compassionate caregivers to help older adults live safely and joyfully at home. You’ll provide companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping and safety support with training provided.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, mileage reimbursement, differential pay for weekends and overnights, and referral bonuses. All experience levels welcome; background and motor vehicle screening are required; reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety support.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility (training provided).
• Engage with clients — doing tasks with them, not just for them.
• Bring joy by participating in activities they enjoy—conversation, hobbies, or outings.
• Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
• Communicate observations and updates to the office.
