Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Northeast Ohio is hiring caring Home Care Aides to help seniors live safely and joyfully at home. You’ll provide companionship, light housekeeping, and assistance with daily activities in a flexible schedule environment.

Join a supportive team that offers paid training, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing skills development. Driver’s license is preferred; eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience and reliability are essential for helping seniors at home.
• No prior experience required; welcoming all experience levels.
• Background check and motor vehicle screening are required.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments is necessary.
• Driver’s license preferred; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety support.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility (training provided).
• Engage with clients to do tasks together, not just for them.
• Bring joy through activities, conversations, hobbies, or outings.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and families.
• Communicate observations and updates to the office.

What You’ll Do
