Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, ambulation, and transfers
• Personal care including dressing, bathing, mobility, incontinence care, and other services
• Companionship and friendship for seniors and loved ones
• Medication reminders
• Document care provided using electronic visit verification (EVV) system

Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:

• Personal Care Attendant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Care Worker (DCW), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training or certification(s)
• Open availability strongly preferred

ABOUT CARE AND HELP HOME CARE, LLC: CARE AND HELP HOME CARE, LLC (“Company”) provides non-skilled services to individuals in their homes or other independent living environments. These include assistance with medication management, personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, homemaking, shopping, meal planning, transportation, companionship, respite care, and other non-skilled services. We conduct criminal background checks, physicals, and tuberculosis screenings for all staff with direct contact with clients, annually or upon hiring. Direct care workers are required to complete at least 40 hours of training or certification, covering hygiene, transfer techniques, infection control, and nutrition, with supervised practical training before direct client contact.
