Caregiver - Home Health Aide - Non-Medical

We are seeking new caregivers to join our home care team in the Harleysville, Lansdowne, and Pottstown areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities as per their care plan, promoting independence.
• Complete training on Activities of Daily Living (ADL), access to PPE, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Training.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information according to HIPAA regulations.
• Perform instrumental activities of daily living as outlined in the client’s Plan of Care.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation and passing the post-orientation exam (80%)
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Additional Information

• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required.
