Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring caring Home Care Aides to help older adults live safely and joyfully at home in Northeast Ohio (44022 area and surroundings). No experience is required, with paid training and flexible schedules available.

A background check and motor vehicle screening are required, and reliable transportation is essential to travel between clients. We offer competitive hourly pay ($17–$20/hr, with a $0.50/hr raise after 90 days), differential pay for weekends and overnights, mileage

• Driver’s license preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety support
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility (training provided)
• Engage with clients — doing tasks with them, not just for them
• Bring joy by participating in activities they enjoy, conversations, hobbies, or outings
• Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients and their families
• Communicate observations and updates to the office
