Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Northeast Ohio is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors live safely and joyfully at home. You’ll provide friendly companionship, light housekeeping, meals, and safety support while supporting ADLs.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience, reliability, and a heart for serving older adults.
• All experience levels welcome — no experience required.
• Successful completion of a background check & motor vehicle screening.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments required.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety support.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility (training provided).
• Engage with clients — doing tasks with them, not just for them.
• Bring joy by participating in activities they enjoy, conversations, hobbies, or outings.
• Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
• Communicate observations and updates to the office.
