NXT Level Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide non-medical, in-home care to clients in Long Beach and surrounding areas.

Work is in-person in Long Beach, CA with part-time hours and flexible shifts. The role offers day, evening, and weekend availability, with a supportive office team and mileage reimbursement for client travel.

Qualifications

• Active California HCA registration required.
• Current TB test and CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Report changes or safety concerns to the office.
