Job summary

Limitless Care in Vallejo, CA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Home Care Aide to join our in-home team. You will support clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and promote independence with a focus on dignity and safety.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to follow detailed care plans. A valid CA driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred or willingness to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or related caregiving roles preferred.
• Valid California driver license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.

About the Role:

Limitless Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Home Care Aide to join our team in Vallejo, CA. In this role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home support that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
• Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition and report to supervisors
• Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, or social activities as needed
• Administer medication reminders in accordance with care plans

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferred
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow detailed care plans
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
