Job summary

Limitless Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver/home care aide to provide in-home support in Vallejo, CA. You will assist with activities of daily living, offer companionship, and help maintain independence and dignity for clients.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to perform lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety.
• Monitor and document changes in client health and report to supervisors.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
• Administer medication reminders per care plans.

• Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition and report to supervisors
• Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, or social activities as needed
• Administer medication reminders in accordance with care plans

Requirements

• Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferred
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow detailed care plans
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
