Home Instead invites compassionate individuals to join our caring team across Northeast Ohio. We offer a starting rate of $16/hour with a $2/hour weekend premium, and a 90-day review with potential for up to $1/hour increase. Next-day pay is available, with flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend schedules to fit your life.

Training and ongoing skill development are provided, and support is available 24/7. No prior certification is required; caregiving experience is valued but not mandatory.

Formación

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional individuals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to learn and provide quality care.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and daily activities
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping
• Support mobility and medication reminders
• Communicate with the office and document care
