Home Instead is hiring in the Cleveland area for caregiver roles, offering starting pay at $16/hour with higher rates based on experience. Weekend premiums add $2/hour, and a 90‑day review may lead to an additional $1/hour raise. Next-day pay is available and schedules include full-time, part-time, and weekends.

We seek compassionate, dependable people who enjoy helping others. Training is provided, and no certification is required. Driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
