Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver recruitment: find candidates, review applications, conduct pre-screenings and initial interviews, follow up.
• Maintain job postings on Indeed, PreIntent, and local boards; tailor to geographic needs.
• Lead caregiver orientations via Zoom with prepared materials; explain next steps.
• Coordinate hiring documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Create detailed caregiver profiles for scheduling with experience, availability, strengths.
• Monitor recruiting results and identify bottlenecks; assist process improvements.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and share hiring updates with the office team.
