**Job Description:**

The Home Health Aide (HHA) / PCA provides clients with personal care and homemaker/companion services according to an established plan of care, enabling them to remain in their residence.

**Qualifications/Educational Requirements:**

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver's license and access to insured transportation.
• At least 18 years old.
• Experience with autistic children who are not high functioning is preferred.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist with toileting, bathing, grooming, laundry, cleaning, meal preparation, and transfers as per care plan.
• Help with getting in and out of vehicles used for transportation to and from school.
• Work hours include Fridays, Sundays, and occasional Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 or 11:00 p.m.

**Must be:**

• Willing to keep the client active
• Good communication skills
• Driver's license and car

**Compensation and Benefits:**
